Overview

Joshua Bichovsky is an investment funds associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He focuses his practice on advising private equity sponsors on the formation, marketing and management of investment funds. He has counseled private fund sponsors on legal, compliance and governance matters, internal economic arrangements and separately managed accounts. Additionally, he has advised private equity sponsors in connection with single- and multi-asset continuation fund transactions and the structuring of co-investment vehicles.
