Kirkland Represents Charlesbank on Strategic Growth Investment in Bridgepointe

Kirkland & Ellis advised Charlesbank Capital Partners on its strategic growth investment in Bridgepointe Technologies, a leading technology advisory and enablement services platform, in a transaction valuing the company at over $1 billion. Charlesbank, an existing investor in Bridgepointe, will invest alongside Carlyle AlpInvest. The transaction represents one of the largest recent investments in the technology services distribution market.
