Overview

Dave Gusella is a corporate partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Dave counsels private equity and growth equity funds in complex corporate transactions across the capital structure, including structured equity investments, growth equity and venture financings, leveraged and non-leveraged buyouts, platform and add-on acquisitions, and the establishment of permanent capital vehicles. His practice also includes investments, dispositions and general corporate matters for portfolio companies and permanent capital vehicles. Dave’s experience spans a variety of industries in the United States and internationally, including technology, software, healthcare, financial services, insurance and manufacturing.
