Dave Gusella is a corporate partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Dave counsels private equity and growth equity funds in complex corporate transactions including platform and add-on acquisitions, equity investments, sales, general corporate matters relating to portfolio companies and other significant transactions. Dave has experience counseling clients in a variety of industries throughout the U.S. and in international markets, including technology, software, healthcare, financial services, insurance, and manufacturing.
