Kirkland Advises Smash Capital on Series B Equity Financing in Allen Control Systems
Kirkland & Ellis advised Smash Capital as the lead investor in a $200 million Series B equity financing in Allen Control Systems, Inc., a leader in autonomous precision robotics. The funding will be used to scale manufacturing and accelerate deployment of its autonomous weapon station, Bullfrog, for the United States and allied militaries, as well as advance development of new product lines.
