Gilles Delporte is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Firm’s market-leading Liquidity Solutions Team. Gilles’ practice focuses on advising sponsors and lead investors in connection with complex business transactions in the private funds secondary market, including continuation vehicle transactions, portfolio sales, stapled secondaries, strip-sales, tender offers and other secondary transactions.
