Overview

Casey Bond is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Casey's practice focuses on the structuring, formation, regulatory compliance and operation of private equity funds and their management companies.

Since joining Kirkland, Casey has been involved in the following matters:

  • Advised Vance Street Capital on the formation of its first single asset continuation fund – VSC Extended Value (EV) 2, LP (EV2) – backing Motion Dynamics Corporation (Motion Dynamics) 

Prior to joining Kirkland, Casey was involved in the following matters:

  • Advised on corporate formations, governance, and venture capital financings
