Emerson dedicates his practice to advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on a range of complex debt financing transactions. Separate from his time practicing law, Emerson worked as an investment banking associate at Credit Suisse, where he primarily structured and negotiated leveraged lending transactions.
