Kirkland Advises Charlesbank on Debt Backing MSO and Strategic Growth Investment

Kirkland & Ellis advised Charlesbank Capital Partners on the debt backing the formation of WSHB Support Services, a management services organization that will provide non-legal operational infrastructure and support to national trial firm Wood Smith Henning & Berman, LLP (WSHB), along with a strategic investment in the firm. WSHB will remain an independent law firm, with its lawyers retaining sole authority over the practice of law and client matters.
