Kirkland Represented KKR and Dragoneer Investment Group on Debt Financing for AUD$7.7 Billion (US$5.52 Billion) Take-Private of Steadfast Group

Kirkland & Ellis advised KKR and Dragoneer Investment Group on the debt financing for its AUD$7.7 billion (US$5.52 billion) acquisition of Steadfast Group, Australia’s largest general insurance broker network. The transaction was announced on August 21, 2026.
