• Represented Brookfield Asset Management on the formation and operation of Brookfield Global Transition Fund I and II, its impact funds with total commitments of $15 billion and $20 billion respectively.*
• Represented Brookfield Asset Management on the formation and operation of Brookfield Special Investments Fund, its debut tactical investments fund investing in a wide range of global opportunities that fall outside the scope of the firm’s flagship funds.*
• Represented Brookfield Asset Management on the formation of several single-investor co-investment or sidecar vehicles and several traditional multi-investor co-investment vehicles investing alongside Brookfield’s flagship growth equity, tactical and impact funds.*
• Represented Pacific Avenue Capital Partners on the formation of Pacific Avenue Fund I, its $500 million debut buyout fund, and the formation of several co-investment vehicles.*
• Represented Altamont Capital Partners on the formation of ACP Annex Fund, a $250 million annex fund alongside ACP Investment Fund III, ACP Investment Fund IV, its $500 million buyout fund, and the establishment and successful closing of its first continuation fund.*
• Represented WindRose Health Investors on the establishment and successful closing of its first continuation fund.*
• Represented Bridgeport Partners on the formation of a single asset SPV in connection with its acquisition of Computer Services, Inc.*
