Sabrina Glaser is a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Sabrina advises clients on ERISA and fiduciary issues in connection with the investment of pension plan assets, including compliance with ERISA's fiduciary obligations and prohibited transaction rules. She regularly counsels fund sponsors and other investment managers on the structuring and regulatory considerations of private equity funds and other investment vehicles, including funds structured as VCOCs and REOCs. Sabrina has advised on significant pension plan investments on every inhabited continent and in all major sectors of the global economy.
