Kirkland Advises Bison Oil & Gas on Close of $600 Million Inaugural Bond Offering

Kirkland & Ellis advised Bison Oil & Gas IV, LLC, a portfolio company of Quantum Capital Partners, on its inaugural private offering of $600 million of 8.500% senior unsecured notes due 2031. The company intends to use the proceeds from the offering to repay and terminate its term loan facility and repay borrowings under its outstanding revolving credit facility.
