Kirkland Advises Sheridan Capital on Close of Two Funds Totaling More Than $1.3 Billion
Kirkland & Ellis advised Sheridan Capital on the close of a pair of funds, including Sheridan Capital Partners Fund IV at its hard cap with $1.1 billion of total institutional capital commitments and Healthcare IT Fund I with $245 million in capital commitments. Sheridan’s flagship fund invests in businesses across the healthcare landscape, including outsourced services, products and manufacturing and patient services. Sheridan’s HCIT Fund is strategically focused on partnering with lower middle market healthcare information technology organizations within North America.
