Nicole Horowitz is a partner in the Investment Funds Regulatory Solutions Group in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on counseling investment advisers on the full spectrum of Advisers Act regulatory matters related to private investment funds. She also counsels and collaborates with clients in managing their SEC examination processes and conducts targeted mock SEC examinations to assist them in assessing and remediating areas of risk.

Prior to concentrating in this area, Nicole advised clients on a range of litigation, internal investigation and enforcement matters related to international risk, securities, contracts and antitrust law. She draws on that experience to anticipate and assist with addressing potential risks that her clients may encounter.
