Benjamin Bignier is an investment funds associate in the Paris and London offices of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Benjamin advises and represents fund sponsors with respect to all aspects of the structuring, establishment and operation of alternative investment funds across the alternative asset spectrum as well as on GP-led fund restructurings and other liquidity solutions transactions.
Benjamin also has experience advising private investment funds on the establishment and operation of investment vehicles and the structuring and execution of secondary transactions, including traditional portfolio sales and GP-led transactions.
