Kirkland Advises BlackFin Capital Partners on Sale of Minority Stake to Blue Owl

Kirkland & Ellis advised BlackFin Capital Partners, a Paris-based private equity firm focused on the banking and insurance sectors, on a strategic minority investment in its business by funds managed by Blue Owl. The transaction, which signed on July 1, 2026, is expected to close later in 2026.
