• Advised Charterhouse Capital Partners on the sale by Charterhouse funds and management of their stake in the Sagemcom Group (broadband communications and energy solutions) to a new continuation fund created and owned by Charterhouse.
• Advised Charterhouse Capital Partners on the sale by Charterhouse funds and management of their stake in the Serb Group (healthcare) to a new continuation fund created and owned by Charterhouse.
• Advised Charterhouse Capital Partners on the disposal of certain assets held by the Vermeg Group.
• Advised the Serb Group on the acquisition of U.S. assets and companies (e.g., Y-Mabs Therapeutics, Reactive Skin Decontamination Lotion (RSDL), Aurlumyn).
• Advised Qualium Investissement on its investment in Allen group (wealth management).
• Advised Qualium Investissement on its investment in Avisia (IT services/data).
