Rob Blagov is a corporate associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Rob’s experience includes acting for corporates, private equity firms and their portfolio companies on acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, restructurings and general corporate advisory matters in a range of industries.
As a member of the GP strategic transaction practice in Europe, Rob also advises on structured equity transactions, minority interest sales and other transactions involving investment management firms, broker-dealers and related business.
