Kirkland Advises Advantage Partners on Strategic Minority Investment from Pinnacle Investment Management

Kirkland & Ellis represented Advantage Partners in connection with a minority investment by Pinnacle Investment Management. Pinnacle has agreed to acquire a 5% stake in Advantage Partners, with an option to acquire additional shares in the future. The transaction is expected to close by January 2026.

Advantage Partners is a leading private markets investment platform primarily focused on Japan and Asia, providing investment services across strategies including Japan buyout, Asia buyout, private solutions (private structured investments in listed companies) and renewable energy and sustainability.
