Stuart advises private equity houses and financial sponsor clients on all manner of cross border leveraged transactions, including private acquisitions, take-privates, carve-outs, consortium deals, distressed acquisitions and exits. Stuart has advised on deals for numerous sponsors, including Apax, Accel-KKR, The Carlyle Group, HgCapital, BC Partners, TDR Capital, Silver Lake and Vista Equity Partners.
