Overview

Kelsey Byler is of counsel in the Litigation Practice Group in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kelsey’s practice focuses on complex civil ligation, with an emphasis on consumer product liability actions. She has represented clients in multidistrict litigation, mass tort proceedings, purported class actions and individual actions in state and federal courts across the country. Kelsey has vast experience in brief writing and motion practice on dispositive issues, Daubert challenges and discovery disputes, as well as taking and defending depositions, handling fact discovery, working with expert witnesses and trial work.
