General advisory on financial services matters (including the formation, marketing and deregistration of alternative investment funds; governance, including the Senior Managers and Certification Regime; and compliance landscape for payments services providers)
Project management and local counsel coordination for 70+ jurisdictions in connection with the rollout of a card program by a major bank
