Francisco J. Cardona is a corporate and investment funds associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of Kirkland’s Liquidity Solutions Team. Francisco’s main practice focus consists on advising sponsors and investors in liquidity solutions transaction, such as single and multi-asset continuation vehicle transactions, tender offers, portfolio sales, and other secondary transactions.
