Kirkland Advises Crescent on Close of $3.2 Billion Private Credit Continuation Vehicle Led by Pantheon

Kirkland & Ellis advised Crescent Capital Group LP, one of the leading alternative credit investment firms, on the closing of Crescent Credit Solutions VII CV (CCS VII CV), a $3.2 billion private credit continuation vehicle led by Pantheon. CCS VII CV was established to acquire a diversified portfolio of performing sponsor-backed loans and securities from Crescent Mezzanine Partners VII, a 2016-vintage fund. The transaction represents the largest credit continuation vehicle transaction in the private credit secondaries market to date. The transaction announced January 20, 2026.
