Leonard Kim is a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Leonard’s practice focuses primarily on fund finance, synthetic finance and other complex financial transactions. He represents asset managers, banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions and has extensive experience negotiating subscription and NAV facilities, warehouse loans, repos, forwards, total return swaps and margin loans.
