Jordan Goldstein is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in Kirkland’s Miami office. His practice focuses on representing sponsors in the formation, structuring and management of private investment funds. Jordan also advises sponsors and lead investors on complex transactions in the private funds secondary market, including continuation fund transactions, portfolio sales, structured secondaries and other liquidity solutions.
