Overview

Adam Strayer is an associate in the Investment Funds Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he focuses his practice on structuring, negotiating and forming real estate and other private equity funds and their management companies, including open-end and closed-end investment funds as well as joint ventures and similar arrangements. In addition, he provides fund-level advice on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, investor relations, regulatory compliance, restructurings and other corporate transactions.
