Kirkland Represents Carlyle, Dynasty Equity and Sixth Street in Minority Investments in Seattle Seahawks

Kirkland & Ellis advised Carlyle (Nasdaq: CG), Dynasty Equity and Sixth Street in connection with minority investments in the Seattle Seahawks in support of the Khosla family’s purchase of the team. The investments received approval from the National Football League at the Special League Meeting on Wednesday, August 26.
