Lauren Colasacco is a corporate partner in the New York office. Lauren regularly represents private equity firms, private companies and public companies in a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including significant leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers, carve-outs, joint ventures and other complex strategic transactions. She also counsels clients with respect to general corporate and governance matters. Most recently, The Deal recognized her as a “Rising Star”, and a client noted, “Lauren did a phenomenal job.
