Kirkland Advises Enterprise Services Firm on Acquisition of Fractional AI

Kirkland & Ellis represented the recently formed AI-native enterprise services firm led by Anthropic, Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman and others on the acquisition of Fractional AI, a leading applied AI services company based in San Francisco. Fractional AI’s team and delivery capabilities will serve as the founding operational centerpiece of the new company. The new AI-native enterprise services company was created to help mid-size companies bring Claude into their core operations. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
