Andrea Khattabi is a corporate associate in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on the formation, structuring and management of private investment funds, as well as the advisement of private fund sponsors on a broad variety of regulatory, compliance and transactional matters arising under the Investment Advisers Act, Investment Company Act and related federal securities laws.
