Rita Muir is an investment funds associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Rita advises and represents private equity sponsors in connection with the life cycle of a private equity fund, including structuring, formation, investor negotiation and ongoing operation. Rita also has experience working on separately managed accounts, funds-of-one and co-investment arrangements.
