Nick Carter is an executive compensation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Nick advises public and private companies, private equity clients, boards and senior executives on a broad range of executive compensation and benefits matters, including the design and negotiation of employment, severance and change-in-control agreements, as well as the structuring of equity and incentive compensation plans. Nick has counseled clients on the executive compensation and benefits aspects of M&A transactions, public offerings and other corporate transactions.
