Heaven Chandler is an investment funds associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Heaven’s practice has focused on securities and investment management matters regarding fund formation, ongoing compliance of investment companies, preparing filings for open and closed-end funds, as well as reviewing fund agreements and overseeing fund mergers and acquisitions.
