Kirkland Advises One Equity Partners on Close of $3.25 Billion Fund IX
Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm One Equity Partners on the completion of fundraising for its ninth and largest fund to date, One Equity Partners IX, L.P., at $3.25 billion of committed capital. The fund had a $2.75 billion target and a $3.25 billion hard cap. OEP IX’s closing increases the firm’s combined assets under management to approximately $16 billion.
