• Shanghai Dongzheng Automotive Finance Co., Ltd., the only auto finance company with a dealership background in China, in its US$208 million H Share global initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Primarily supported the ECM department on capital markets and corporate finance transactions, including:

• The global offering and IPO of Nissin Foods Company Limited (HKSE:1475). Mizuho Securities acted as one of the two Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers, as well as the Compliance Adviser
• The renew of non-exempt continuing connected transactions of Chia Tai Enterprise International Limited (HKSE: 3839). Mizuho Securities acted as the Independent Financial Adviser to the Independent Board Committee and the Independent Shareholders
• Assisted in daily control room and general compliance matters, including the implementation of the firm's information barrier policies and procedures, surveillance of trade activities, remediation of regulatory issues and handling regulatory audits/inquiries and reporting

• CGN Power Co., Ltd. on its US$3.2 billion global offering and initial public offering on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited

• Jaguar Land Rover Automotive PLC, a reputable luxury carmaker, on its tender offer and consent solicitation for its US$410 million Notes due 2021 issued in May 2011, its offering of GBP500 million 3.5% senior notes due 2020 and its offering of GBP 400 million 3.875% senior notes due 2023 on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s Euro MTF market
• Jerrold Holdings Limited, a specialist mortgage loan provider in the United Kingdom, on its offering by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jerrold FinCo PLC of GBP100 million aggregate principal amount of 9.750% senior secured notes due 2018
• Hutchison Whampoa International (09/16) in its issuance of US$2 billion 4.625% guaranteed notes due 2015 and Hutchison Whampoa International (09/19) Limited in its issuance of US$1 billion 5.75% guaranteed notes due 2019
