Kirkland Assists Longsys on its Hong Kong IPO

Kirkland & Ellis represented the joint sponsors, including CITIC Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited, and underwriters on the initial public offering of Shenzhen Longsys Electronics Co., Ltd. (Longsys, SZ: 301308, HKEX: 9976) on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on September 8, 2026.

Longsys successfully offered 29,989,450 H Shares at an initial public offering price of HK$236 per share and raised approximately HK$7.08 billion prior to the exercise of the 15% over-allotment option.

Longsys is a branded independent semiconductor memory product enterprise who has expanded from trading semiconductor memory products to developing its own memory products back-end manufacturing expertise, and further into core competencies such as controller and memory chip design, firmware development, packaging and testing capacities. According to CIC, Longsys is the ninth largest memory product enterprise worldwide, the second largest independent semiconductor memory product enterprise worldwide and the largest independent memory product enterprise in China, in terms of revenue from memory products in 2025.
