• CATL — Represented Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) on its global offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The IPO raised approximately HK$41 billion (US$5.3 billion) after the exercise of the over-allotment option. CATL is a global leader in new energy innovative technologies, primarily engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of EV and ESS batteries. This transaction was named “Best Equity Deal (APAC and Hong Kong)” and "Highly commended Best IPO (Hong Kong)" by FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2025
• Yuanbao — Represented Yuanbao Inc., a leading technology-driven online issuance distributor in China, on its initial public offering on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “YB” on April 30, 2025
• Canaan Inc. — Represented Canaan Inc. (Nasdaq: CAN) in entering into an agreement for Series A-1 preferred shares financing and completing the first tranche closing where an initial US$100 million has been received. The company will receive total gross proceeds of up to US$200 million upon the closing of the entire preferred shares financing
• NIO Inc. — Represented NIO Inc. (NYSE: NIO; HKEx: 9866; SGX: NIO) in connection with its HK$4,030.13 million offering of 136,800,000 class A ordinary shares. This transaction was named the “Most Innovative Deal (Hong Kong)” by FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2025
• Jinxin Technology — Represented Jinxin Technology Holding Company (“Jinxin Technology”), an innovative digital content service provider in China, on its initial public offering on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "NAMI" in December, 2024
• BingEx Limited — Represented the underwriters in the initial public offering and listing of BingEx Limited, a leading independent on-demand courier service provider in China, on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol “FLX”
• NIP Group Inc. — Represented NIP Group Inc. on its successful initial public offering of 2,250,000 American depositary shares on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “NIPG”
• ZKH Group Limited — Represented the underwriters on the initial public offering of ZKH Group Limited, a leading MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) procurement service platform in China, which raised approximately US$62 million. The shares commenced trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “ZKH” on December 15, 2023
• Zhihu Inc. — Represented the underwriters on the NYSE IPO and concurrent private placements of Zhihu Inc., an iconic online content community in China, under the ticker symbol “ZH,” that raised US$772.5 million
• Li Auto Inc. — Represented the underwriters on the Nasdaq IPO and concurrent private placements of Li Auto Inc. (Nasdaq: LI), an innovator in China’s new energy vehicle market that designs, develops, manufactures and sells premium smart electric SUVs, that raised US$1.5 billion
• Nayuki Holdings Limited — Represented the sponsors and underwriters on the US$655 million global offering and listing of Nayuki Holdings Limited (HKSE: 2150), a leading premium modern teahouse brand in China, on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited
• Inke — Represented the underwriters in the US$149 million initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange of Inke Limited (3700.HK), the largest mobile live streaming platform in China in terms of average monthly active streamers in 2017
• Legend Capital — Represented Legend Capital in the secondary offering of American depositary shares (“ADSs”) of Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited (“Atour”) (Nasdaq: ATAT), a leading hospitality and lifestyle company in China. • 360 DigiTech, Inc. — Represented Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited and China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited, the joint sponsors of 360 DigiTech, Inc. • DCP Capital Partners II, L.P., Ocean Link Partners Limited, and Mr. Rick Yan, the Chief Executive Officer of 51job — Represented as an international co-counsel and sole debt financing counsel for an investor consortium, comprising DCP Capital Partners II, L.P., Ocean Link Partners Limited, and Mr. Rick Yan, the Chief Executive Officer of 51job, in the take-private of 51job, Inc. (Nasdaq: JOBS) at a valuation of appropriately US$4.3 billion. This transaction was named “2021 Deals of the Year” by China Business Law Journal and “TMT Deal of the Year” by Asia Legal Awards 2022
