Kirkland Represents AUX on Landmark Hong Kong IPO
Kirkland & Ellis advised Aux Electric Co.,Ltd. (AUX, HKEx:2580) on its global offering and listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The solo sponsor is China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited.
The IPO raised HK$4.15 billion (US$532 million), making it the largest debut listing in Hong Kong this year.
AUX is one of the global top five air conditioner providers, with capabilities covering the design, R&D, productions, sales and related services of household and central air conditioners.
The offering attracted significant interest from a prestigious group of cornerstone and institutional investors.
