ZG Group commenced trading on the Hong Kong Stock Excahnge on March 10, 2025. The company has a negotiated value of HK$10 billion and has secured a total of HK$548 million in PIPE investment and permitted equity financing. This transaction marks the company with the highest value since the introduction of the SPAC listing regime in Hong Kong on January 1, 2022
