Raffy Cicala is a corporate associate in the Philadelphia office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in acquisitions, dispositions and other complex business transactions.
Raffy advises clients across a broad range of industries, including software and technology, health care and life sciences, financial services, education, consulting and manufacturing. He also advises portfolio companies on general corporate governance and strategic matters throughout their investment lifecycle.
Raffy’s practice also includes cross-boarder transactions involving US and European businesses, with particular experience in matters involving US and Italian companies and investors. Having received his legal education in both Italy and the United States, he draws on his background and experience in advising clients on complex cross-border transactions.
