• Hellman & Friedman on the $10.2 billion acquisition of Zendesk by an investor group
• EQT on the £650 million acquisition of SPT Labtech
• EQT on the €6.8 billion acquisition of Baring Private Equity Asia, a leading private markets investment firm
• Huntsman Corporation in the $718 million sale of its Textile Effects division to Archroma
• KKR on The Crosby Goup’s business combination with Kito Corporation
• American Securities in its acquisition of Hexion, a global producer of adhesives, resins and specialty materials
• Antin Infrastructure Partners in its acquisition of Wildstone, a leading owner of independent outdoor media infrastructure in the UK, from DigitalBridge Group
• BC Partners in its joint ownership agreement with Bain Capital Equity for the €3 billion acquisition of Fedrigoni, a leading global producer of self-adhesive labels and fibre-based packaging products
• TA Associates in its investment in iCIMS, a provider of cloud-based talent acquisition solutions
