Kirkland Advises Advent on Exclusive Negotiations to Acquire Kereis
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Advent, a leading global private equity investor, as it enters exclusive negotiations to acquire Kereis from Bridgepoint. Kereis is a European leader in multi-channel personal and SME insurance brokerage. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
