Alexander Cox is a tax partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Alexander has broad experience in the structuring and establishment of investment funds for financial sponsors across a wide range of investment strategies, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital and credit and the structuring of their underlying investments. He also regularly advises on the structure and operation of management platforms, carry and co-investment arrangements and sponsor realisations.
