Overview

Kerry Krentler Dean is a litigation partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kerry represents a variety of companies in product liability and consumer class action claims in state and federal courts nationwide.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Kerry was a Deputy Chief in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice managing complex investigations and multiparty litigation. Kerry led DOJ’s federal advocacy and reform strategies to protect the constitutional rights of incarcerated adults and children through strategic impact litigation, negotiation, policy development and enforcement of remedial orders.
