Overview

Ariel Deitchman is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s Miami office. She has successfully litigated a wide variety of complex corporate and intellectual property disputes across many industries, including private equity, real estate, music, film, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, healthcare and tech. Ariel has briefed issues at every level of both the state and federal court systems, including before the Florida Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.

In addition to her trial and appellate work, Ariel also counsels companies and their directors on issues of corporate governance and litigation in connection with significant transactions.
