Overview

Ariel Deitchman is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s Miami office. Ariel has successfully litigated a wide variety of complex commercial and intellectual property disputes across many industries, including music, private equity, retail, hospitality, healthcare and tech.

Ariel’s commercial litigation practice has a particular focus on representing funds, developers, hotel owners, and other key players in the real estate industry in disputes relating to their high-value portfolio assets.

In addition to her proven courtroom skills, Ariel is a skilled writer, having briefed issues at every level of both the state and federal court systems, including before the Florida Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.

In addition to her trial and appellate work, Ariel also counsels companies and their directors on issues of corporate governance and risk avoidance in connection with significant transactions.
