Overview

Austin Del Priore is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Austin’s practice focuses on white collar, government compliance, and investigations matters, as well as complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He has served clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, energy, fintech, oil and gas, healthcare, and aerospace, and has experience with matters involving state attorneys general and a number of federal agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Austin also maintains an active pro bono practice, working with indigent clients on immigration and asylum matters as well as assisting families with the educational accommodation process in the D.C. public schools. He also volunteers with the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law’s Election Protection program.
