Andrea deLorimier is a litigation associate in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on consumer protection, antitrust and commercial litigation matters. Andrea has particular experience representing companies in consumer protection investigations brought by the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general, including investigations relating to advertising substantiation, data privacy and security, endorsements, social media and ESG issues. She has served clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, fintech, healthcare, entertainment and banking.
