Overview

Andrea deLorimier is a litigation associate in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on consumer protection, antitrust and commercial litigation matters. Andrea has particular experience representing companies in consumer protection investigations brought by the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general, including investigations relating to advertising substantiation, data privacy and security, artificial intelligence, social media, consumer reviews and ESG issues. Andrea regularly counsels companies with respect to these issues as well.

Andrea holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). She currently serves as a young lawyer representative on the American Bar Association's Consumer Protection Committee.
