Dominic DeMarco is an associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Dominic focuses his practice on all aspects of real estate finance, development, investment and leasing. He represents a diverse range of clients, including lenders, developers, buyers, sellers and investors. Dominic assists clients in structuring financing transactions through traditional mortgage loans, mezzanine loans and other financing investment mechanisms. He also represents local and national real estate developers and investment funds in acquisitions and dispositions of various real estate classes.
