Dana DeVlieger is an associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She holds a J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law as well as a Ph.D. in Music Theory from the University of Minnesota. Dana’s practice is concentrated in the areas of copyright, trademark, and right of publicity law and her research focuses primarily on music copyright litigation and forensic musicology.
